US Company

US LLC Formation for International Founders

Scriplit already forms LLCs for owners who do not live in the United States. The mechanics do not change because the passport is British, Canadian, Indian, Pakistani, Emirati, Australian, or EU. What changes is your home-country reporting and, sometimes, a treaty. We do the US company and the US forms. We do not file your return in Lahore, London, or Lagos.

Why this is not twenty country URLs

A separate “US LLC for [country]” page for every flag is usually the same article with the noun swapped. That is a thin doorway. Scriplit keeps one international page and a longer academy essay for UK, Canada, Australia, and EU founders. If your country is India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the UAE, Nigeria, or somewhere else we already mention on the formation page, you are still in this process: passport, Articles, SS-4, bank pack, 5472.

What actually differs by country

Bank and processor approval rates, document certification habits, and home-country CFC or foreign-company disclosure rules. The last item is yours or a local advisor’s. We will ask where you are resident. We will not fill a Pakistani, Indian, or HMRC form.

Who this is for

First US entity

You sell to US customers or want a US processor. You do not have a visa plan hiding in the LLC.

UK, Canada, Australia, EU

Read the academy piece, then form. Treaties exist; we will not checkbox them from a table.

South Asia and the Middle East

The formation page already speaks to Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the UAE. Same packet.

Already formed, filings ignored

You are an international founder with a US problem. Start at tax filing.

What you get

Remote formation

No US travel for the state filing or the SS-4 path we use.

English in, documents out

We also note Urdu and Hindi on the company schema because that is who we can speak with. Filings are in English.

One published price

$349 plus the state fee. Not a special “foreign surcharge” we invented for this page.

Academy, not folklore

Country nuance that is educational lives in the academy, not in twenty clones.

How the process works

  1. 1

    Residence and activity

Where you are taxable at home, and what the LLC will do.

  2. 2

    Form the LLC

Usually Wyoming for a remote business. Property and some licensed work differ.

  3. 3

    EIN by SS-4

    No SSN required.

  4. 4

    Bank, processor, first 5472

The same sequence as every other non-resident on this site.

What we need from you

  • Passport bio page.
  • A formation-state name list.
  • The country where you actually file a personal return.
  • Honesty about US travel and US inventory.

Read this before you start

  • A tax treaty is not a sticker we apply in checkout.
  • Some banks decline entire countries. That is their policy, not a Scriplit slur.
  • If you need a local-language filing at home, hire local. We will not machine-translate a return.

Common mistakes

Hiding a US partner to “keep it foreign”

Ownership is a fact. We draft what is true.

Using a tourist visa story as a formation story

Different agencies. Different lies. We want neither.

Expecting a country-specific discount page

The price is on Pricing. The process is on this site. The flag does not change the invoice.

Ignoring home-country disclosure

Many countries want to know about a foreign company. That letter is not our product.

FAQ

Not for our formation and SS-4 path. A bank that demands a branch visit is a different product.

No. We file the US company packet. Keep your local accountant in the loop.

Because swapping the country name is not a new service. If a country has a real, durable difference we can stand behind, it belongs in the academy or in your brief — not in a doorway page.

Yes. That is usually a multi-member company and Form 1065, not a single-member 5472-only year.

Yes. Scriplit LLC is a Wyoming company, filed 9 October 2024, Company ID 2024-001536050, address 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Scriplit LLC is a Wyoming company that helps non-residents form US LLCs and prepare US information and tax filings. We are not a CPA firm or a law firm. This page is general information, not advice for your facts. Home-country tax, treaties, and your actual activity can change the result.

Name the country you file taxes in at home

That sentence, plus what you sell, is enough for a first reply. We will not pretend to be your local accountant.
