Timelines & Handover

Delivery Policy

What we deliver, how long it usually takes, what happens when something slips, and exactly what lands in your hands at the end. Timelines here are typical ranges — the dates that actually bind us are the ones in your written quote.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to every service provided by Scriplit LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All our services are digital. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges, customs duties or postal delays. Everything reaches you electronically.

Your written quote governs. The ranges on this page describe what comparable projects typically take. The specific dates we commit to for your project are the ones set out in your approved quote or statement of work. Where the two differ, your quote wins.

2. How We Deliver

  • Email for documents, files, credentials and confirmations.
  • Secure file transfer for large assets and anything sensitive. We provide an upload and download link rather than asking you to email identity documents.
  • Direct deployment for websites and applications, published to your hosting or ours as agreed.
  • Repository access for code, transferred into your own account at handover.
  • Scheduled calls on WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet for walkthroughs, training and consulting.
  • Government filings submitted directly to the IRS or the relevant Secretary of State, with stamped copies and proof of submission sent to you.

3. Typical Delivery Timelines

Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Timelines start when we have received everything we need from you, not when payment clears.

Service Typical timeline Notes
Business or brochure website 3–6 weeks Driven mainly by the number of unique templates and how quickly content arrives.
E-commerce store 6–10 weeks Catalogue size, payment and shipping rules, and integrations drive the range.
Custom web application 10–24 weeks+ Delivered in phases with a schedule agreed up front.
Logo design 5–10 business days First concepts usually within 5 business days.
Full brand identity 3–5 weeks Includes guidelines and collateral.
SEO audit 7–10 business days Delivered as a written report with a prioritised action list.
SEO retainer Ongoing monthly Work begins within 5 business days of onboarding; reporting monthly. Meaningful ranking movement typically takes 3–6 months.
PPC campaign build 7–14 business days Campaigns go live once you approve the account structure and ad copy.
Payment gateway integration 5–15 business days Depends on the platform and whether the merchant account already exists.
AI chatbot build 2–5 weeks Driven by the volume of content the assistant is trained on.
US LLC formation — state approval 1–10 business days Set by the state, not by us. We file within one business day of receiving your details.
US LLC formation — EIN 2–5 weeks IRS processing time for a non-resident application by fax or mail. Entirely outside our control.
US LLC formation — fully operational 3–6 weeks typical Including documents, banking guidance and payment processor setup.
Annual tax filing 5–10 business days to prepare Filed on or before the statutory deadline once you approve the return.
Consulting call Within 2–3 business days Scheduled at a time that works across your timezone and ours.

4. Milestones and Progress Updates

Projects longer than two weeks are broken into milestones in your quote, each with its own deliverable and target date.

  • You receive a progress update at least weekly for active projects, even in weeks where the honest update is "still working on it".
  • Each milestone is delivered for your review before we move on.
  • You have direct WhatsApp access to the person doing the work. No account managers, no ticket queues.

5. Rush and Expedited Delivery

Where our schedule allows, we can compress a timeline for an additional fee agreed in writing before we start. Rush work typically shortens delivery by 30–50%.

We will only accept rush work when we genuinely believe we can deliver it at full quality. If we cannot, we will say so rather than take your money and miss the date.

Rush delivery cannot speed up third parties. IRS EIN processing, state filing queues, bank application reviews and payment processor approvals run at their own pace. No fee we charge can accelerate them, and we will not pretend otherwise.

6. Reviewing Delivered Work

When we deliver a milestone or a final deliverable, please review it and tell us about anything that does not match the agreed specification.

  • The review window is 7 calendar days from delivery unless your quote says otherwise. We deliberately do not use a 48-hour window — that is not enough time for most people to review work properly.
  • If we do not hear from you within the review window, we treat the milestone as accepted and move on. We always send a reminder before that happens.
  • Revision rounds included in your quote are free. Additional rounds, and changes outside the agreed scope, are quoted before we do them.
  • Deemed acceptance does not remove your rights if a genuine defect emerges later. Our 30-day defect warranty in section 16 of the Terms of Service still applies.

7. Final Handover: What You Receive

On final payment, you get everything. We do not hold assets hostage and we do not lock you in.

  • All source files — code repositories, design files, and editable originals.
  • Full ownership of the deliverables, assigned to you under section 10 of the Terms of Service.
  • Every account and credential transferred into your name: hosting, domains, analytics, ad accounts, API keys.
  • Documentation covering how to run and update what we built, including a list of any third-party or open source components and their licences.
  • A walkthrough call so you are not left with files and no explanation.
  • 30 days of defect support at no charge.
  • For company formation: incorporation documents, EIN confirmation letter, operating agreement and stamped filings.
  • For tax filing: stamped copies of every return and proof of submission.

8. What We Need From You

Delivery dates assume reasonable cooperation. To keep your project on schedule, please provide:

  • Complete, accurate project details at the outset.
  • Content, images, logos and brand assets by the dates in your quote.
  • Access credentials for existing hosting, domains and accounts.
  • Feedback and approvals within the review windows.
  • For company and tax work, accurate identity and ownership information — errors here can carry government penalties.

We will always tell you clearly what we are waiting for and by when we need it.

9. Delays and What We Do About Them

If we are running late, we tell you as soon as we know rather than on the deadline. You get an explanation, a revised date and, where the delay is our fault and has cost you something, a discussion about how to make it right.

If we are waiting on you, the timeline extends by the length of the delay. We will contact you at least three times across at least two channels before pausing anything, and a paused project stays open for at least 90 days with all completed work preserved. Section 12 of the Refund Policy sets this out in full.

10. Things Outside Our Control

Some delays are genuinely nobody's fault, and we would rather set the expectation now than surprise you later:

  • IRS processing times for EIN applications, which routinely run to several weeks for non-residents.
  • State filing backlogs at a Secretary of State's office.
  • Bank and payment processor application reviews and their approval decisions.
  • Third-party platform outages, API changes or policy changes.
  • Force majeure events as described in section 19 of the Terms of Service.

Where any of these affect your project we keep you informed, chase where chasing helps, and adjust the plan around them.

11. If We Miss a Deadline

If we miss a committed date in your written quote for reasons within our control:

  1. We tell you proactively, with an honest explanation and a revised date.
  2. We prioritise your project to recover the time wherever possible.
  3. If the delay is material and you no longer want to continue, you may cancel and receive a refund for work not performed, under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  4. If you are a consumer and we miss an essential deadline, you keep every statutory remedy available to you, including those under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Directive 2011/83/EU where they apply.

12. Refunds and Cancellation

Delivery problems are not the same thing as refund entitlement, and both are worth understanding before you buy. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers when refunds apply, how deposits and milestones are treated, the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers, the FTC Cooling-Off Rule for qualifying US sales, and how to cancel a subscription.

If something we delivered does not match the agreed specification, tell us. Fixing it is free and is almost always faster than any refund process.
